Our Policies

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. Earlier check-in may be possible if room availability exists. All arrivals before 6:00 am who wish to check in immediately must reserve and pay for the previous day. Your cabin will be open and keys inside upon your arrival.

Deposits and Final Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Your card on file will be charged for the final payment upon arrival. Please add 7.9% sales tax with your final payment.

Cancellation Policy

When you reserve a cabin, the cabin is removed from our inventory and considered sold to you and the AAC makes financial plans based upon the revenues it expects to receive during its peak season May - September.

It is impossible for the AAC to know in advance whether the AAC would be able to resell your contracted nights as a result of a cancellation. For these reasons, in the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply which represent a reasonable effort on behalf of the AAC to establish its loss prospectively.

All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by AAC management.


  • $50 cancellation processing fee once a deposit is made on all cancellations
  • 60 days plus - full refund
  • 30 - 59 days out - 50 % refund
  • 29 - 15 days - 25% refund
  • 14 or fewer days - no refund ( if cabin space is resold in this short window of time, AAC will return funds less $50 fee)

No Smoking

Absolutely no indoor smoking. $250 smoke abatement fee will be charged if smoking is done inside.

"The owners were amazing from the start. Enjoyed learning about their journey there and all the creative passion that went into making it very special and unique. Extra clean, decorated like the finest resort in Alaska. Very comfortable, warm, and the most outstanding views of the Homer spit area. I will definitely go back and highly recommend."
